The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Sierra Leone Madam Mamadi Gobeh-Kamara who led the Sierra Leone delegation to the 21st Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the Community of the Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD) was among Foreign Ministers of Member states to deliberate on the five-year plan of priority actions (2022-2026) and resource mobilization plan which emanated from the Extraordinary Summit of Heads of States and Government of the Community of Sahel Saharan States (CEN-SAD) held on 13th April 2019 in N’Djamena.

This meeting reflected on CEN-SAD Member States determination to revitalize the structures and financing the Community in order to fulfil its mission and financial situation among others.
